The additional cost for each kilometer is 0,25 .
The Weekend rate is valid from Friday 10.00 a.m. until 11.00 a.m. of the following Monday.
The periods that include Easter, April 25th and May 1st are to be considered Mid-season.
Long holidays, particular festivities and Oktoberfest are to be considered High-season.
The rates include: Camper rental, Tort liability (RCA) insurance, green card, kasko insurance, Global assistance subscription, 20% v.a.t.
Compulsory charges: 1.000,00 caution money (refundable 30 days after the return of the caravan), fixed rights for the delivery which include: the preparation of the camper, 1 WC liquid refill, 1 package of toilet paper and 5 kg of gas.
Supplements: bike rack 3,50 a day (for a minimum of 21,00 ), Fiamma tent 6,00 a day (for a minimum of 50,00 ), car radio 2,50 a day subject to availability.
Minimum rental period:15 days during High-Season, 6 days at Easter, 7 days at Christmas and New Years Eve, 3 days remaining periods of the year.
The rates do not include: Fuel, lubricant, liquid gas, chemical powder for toilets, linen, cutlery and pots and pans.
Discount card: a personal discount card will be given at every first rental and will entitle the holder to 15% discount Off-season, 10% during Mid-season and 5% during High-season on all subsequent rentals.
Payment terms: a deposit of 40% of the total rental amount must be given at the moment of the reservation/request. Without the deposit the reservation isnt considered confirmed. The balance must be paid at the same moment of the deposit in OS, 15 days ahead in MS, and 30 days before in HS. If the balance is not paid as required, the deposit will be forfieted and the reservation annulled. Payment for extra kilometres or any damage caused to the vehicle must be paid when the vehicle is returned.
Cancellation: in case of cancellation of a confirmed rental, if this should happen 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental itself the penalty is nill in os, it corresponds to 50% of the deposit in ms and 100% in hs.
Rental periods not used: no refund is due if, for personal reasons of the client, a confirmed rental is delayed or ends before time.
Delivery and return of the caravan:both can take place between 9 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. and between 3 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. during working days. Both at the delivery and return inspections are to be held for which records will be signed.
Insurance included: tort liability (RC) for driving with a limit of 2.582.000,00 for damage to things and people.
Age of the driver:: the drivers age must be 21 and over; a valid drivers licence (B category) that has been issued at least one year before is requested.
