The additional cost for each kilometer is 0,25.
The Weekend rate is valid from Friday 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m. of the following Monday.
For a pickup on Thursday around 5.00 p.m. or a drop-off on Monday around 5.00 p.m. there is an extra fee of 40,00.
Rental periods that include Easter, April 25th, May 1st, November 1st and December 8th are considered Mid Season. For Oktoberfest, please, refer to our special packages.
RATES INCLUDE: RV Rental, Civil Liability insurance, International Motor Insurance Card (Green Card), 24H Road Assistance, Accidental Damage and Collision, "km limited" rates include 100 km daily during Low/Mid season and 50 km daily during High season, VAT 21%.
COMPLIANCE REQUIRED: Deposit of 1.000,00 (refundable 30 days after the return of the RV), fixed fee for RV delivery of 60.00, that includes RV preparation, 1 pkg of chemical product for toilet, 1 pkg special toilet paper, 5 KG propane gas.
EXTRAS: Bike 4.00/day, Tent 6.00/day, Bed Kit 30.00/period, Kitchen Kit 45.00/period (all subject to availability).
MINIMUM RENTAL DAYS: 15 days in High season, 6 days during Easter, 7 days for periods including Christmas Day and New Year's Day, 3 days for the rest of the year, 3 day rental for "km limited" rate, 4 days for "unlimited km" rate.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: Fuel, oil, propane gas for cooking/heating, chemical product for toilet, linen, dishes, pots and pans.
DISCOUNTS: 15% during Low season (MIN 7 days), 10% during Mid season (MIN 14 days), 5% during High season (MIN 21 days).
PAYMENT TERMS: A pay down of 40% of the total rental amount must be given at the time of the reservation. Without the pay down the reservation will not be confirmed.
The deposit ( 1.000,00) and the rental amount balance are due:
- At the time of the RV pickup for Low season rentals
- 15 days before the RV pickup for Mid season rentals
- 30 days before the RV pickup for High season rentals.
If the balance is not paid as required, the pay down will be forfeited and the reservation cancelled. Payment for extra kilometers or any damage caused to the RV must be paid when the RV is dropped off.
CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation of a confirmed rental 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental itself the penalty is 0 for Low season rentals, 50% of the pay down for Mid season rentals and 100% of the pay down for High season rentals.
RENTAL PERIODS NOT USED: No discounts for late pickups by the client and no refunds for early drop-off of RV.
PICKUP AND DROPOFF OF RV: Pickups are available on weekdays from 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. At the time of the pickup and the drop-off, the RV will be inspected and the client will be required to sign the relative papers.
INSURANCE INCLUDES: Civil Liability Insurance with maximum 5,000,000.00 for damage to property and people. FIRE-THEFT-NATURAL CALAMITIES for the value of the RV minus the deposit paid, on condition that the RV is left locked, without keys and documents on board. CDW (collision, crash and overturning when in motion) with a deductible of 1.000,00 per event. The driver is insured up to 26.000,00 for death and permanent disability. The RV is not covered by partial insurance. Centro Milano Caravan SRL is not liable in case of partial theft both inside and outside the RV.
DRIVERS REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 21 years old with valid driver's license, issued, at least, one year prior to the RV rental.
